TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

By submitting payment to Ecom Virtue and entering into a working relationship with us, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

Ecom Virtue is committed to delivering high-quality eCommerce services. Our team will continue working with you until the agreed scope of work has been completed or until you are fully satisfied within the defined service boundaries.

Our revision process is designed to ensure satisfaction, and we strive to accommodate reasonable modification requests within the original scope.

100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (Design Services Only)

Ecom Virtue offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee strictly on design-related services. Clients may request a full refund under the following conditions:

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts for your website or graphical assets.

  • If no revisions or additional design iterations have been requested or approved.

This guarantee does not apply to eCommerce automation, management, product research, or operational services.

REFUND POLICY

Ecom Virtue provides refunds based on the conditions below. Refund eligibility becomes void if:

  1. The primary design concept for any service has been approved.

  2. Revisions have been requested or delivered beyond the initial concepts.

  3. Website designs or branding assets have been finalized.

  4. A store (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.) has been designed, developed, or delivered.

  5. Product research or product-hunting reports have been reviewed or approved.

  6. A store setup is live, active, or approved by the client.

  7. The project has been inactive due to no client communication for more than 14 days.

  8. The project is paused or placed on hold at the client’s request.

  9. Company policies have been violated.

  10. The client approaches another agency or freelancer for the same project.

  11. The creative brief lacks necessary information from the client.

  12. A complete design or strategy change was requested and fulfilled.

  13. The business changes its name, structure, or model.

  14. Refund requests based on personal reasons such as “change of mind,” “partner disagreement,” or unrelated circumstances will not be accepted.

  15. Multiple rounds of revisions have already been delivered.

  16. Any non-design service is purchased.

Services Not Covered by Refunds Include (but are not limited to):

  • eCommerce automation services

  • Product research reports

  • Store setup & management

  • Website hosting

  • Domain purchase

  • SSL certificates

  • Website maintenance

  • SEO plans

  • Social media marketing

  • Paid advertising management (Google, Meta, TikTok)

For non-design services, Ecom Virtue management may offer a partial refund at its discretion after reviewing the project progress.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original payment date.

You may request a refund by:

  1. Contacting your assigned Project Manager directly.

  2. Emailing our team at support@ecomvirtue.com.

  3. Providing complete details regarding the reason for the refund request.

Important:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If a service bundle was purchased, refunds apply only to the specific service that caused dissatisfaction, not the entire bundle.

  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of order placement for non-design reasons are subject to a 35% administrative fee.

  • After the refund is processed, all rights to Ecom Virtue’s designs, assets, or work materials are revoked unless agreed upon in writing.

Management’s decision on refunds will be final.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Completed orders will be delivered to the email or account provided by the client.

  • Turnaround times depend on the selected package, with a minimum of 5 business days for design items.

  • eCommerce automation timelines vary based on store approvals, platform compliance, and external processing times.
